Radford University was founded in 1910 on 33 acres in Radford, Virginia and by the 1980's grew to a student body of more than 9,000 students.
Today, the University sits on 185 acres with state-of-the-art labs and sports facilities. Numerous Fulbright Fellowship winners serve as faculty. More than 200 clubs and 400 intramural teams spice up campus life. Our Division I athletic teams have won national recognition. And 93% of our graduates find jobs or enter grad school within 8 months of graduating. Not too shabby for a place that's only just now turning 100.
